About MiniMasters Chess
MiniMasters Chess operates after-school chess clubs and community programs for K–8 students throughout the greater Orlando area. Designed for beginner and intermediate students, our clubs deliver a fun, hands-on learning environment where every child can grow in skill and confidence while enjoying the game.
Our friendly, structured elementary chess program welcomes players of all backgrounds. Through engaging lessons and interactive play, we help children build real chess abilities—while supporting their academic, critical thinking, and social growth outside the game board.
Our Teaching Philosophy
Our approach is always fun-first and hands-on. We believe every child learns best through play, friendship, and encouragement. MiniMasters Chess uses interactive instruction and a lively club atmosphere where kids explore chess strategy, problem-solving, and creative thinking together.
We don’t just teach chess moves—we foster positive life skills benefiting students far beyond our after-school chess clubs. Each lesson helps kids improve focus, patience, logical reasoning, sportsmanship, and resilience while enjoying every step of their chess journey.
